At UJI, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Due to the nature of food & beverage products, we do not accept returns, but we do provide replacements in specific situations.
1. No Return Policy
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Replacement Conditions
We offer replacements only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired or leaking upon arrival
3. Replacement Window
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
4. Process for Replacement
To request a replacement:
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID
- Attach clear images/videos of the issue
- We will verify and send a replacement at no extra cost
5. No Replacement For:
- Opened or consumed products
- Damage caused after delivery
- Change of mind or taste preference
