At UJI, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
To request cancellation:
- Contact us via [email] or [phone/WhatsApp]
- Share your Order ID
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund if applicable.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as our beverages are perishable and time-sensitive.
3. Auto-Cancellation
our order may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment is not confirmed
- The address is incomplete or unserviceable
- The item is out of stock
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If eligible, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
