  • Other locations: 4–7 days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may apply depending on location, weight, and promotional offers. Charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned. Redelivery fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
